You will help craft narratives, guide high-stakes messaging, and manage reputation strategies for clients ranging from public figures to global enterprises. Senior roles will lead client accounts, crisis response, and media coordination.

Responsibilities:

Draft and execute PR strategies with discretion and urgency

Write statements, talking points, press materials, and response plans

Manage media relationships and handle inbound inquiries

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field

Salary:

Junior: $90,000–$115,000/year

Senior: $140,000–$180,000/year

Overview: We are hiring discreet, action-oriented Operations Associates to support field-level investigations, background research, and adversarial intelligence work. This role supports reputation defense, campaign prep, and narrative risk mapping.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-field and digital research for sensitive client engagements

Develop investigative briefs and adversary profiles

Support strategy development with actionable intelligence

Liaise with private investigators, analysts, and legal support

Qualifications:

Strong research and analytical background

Intelligence, legal, or media experience preferred

Salary: $110,000–$140,000/year

Overview: We are looking for a confidential, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support our Founder with day-to-day scheduling, communication, document management, and time prioritization.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, booking, and email triage for the Founder

Draft internal and client communications with precision

Assist in preparing decks, statements, and project plans

Maintain discretion and control over sensitive material

Extensive travel

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an EA or chief-of-staff support role

Overview: We're hiring a tenacious, creative Business Development Rep to identify high-risk public news stories, reach out to potential clients, and generate high-quality leads for crisis advisory services.

Responsibilities:

Monitor real-time news and media for emerging reputational threats

Identify and pitch potential clients in legal, corporate, and political space

Help develop sales materials and initial outreach messaging

Track pipeline and report performance to senior leadership

Qualifications:
